Would you like to:

• Oversee operations of the Superintendent and Project Engineers
• Liaise with authorities and regulatory agencies
• Set up project reporting procedures
• Negotiate subcontracts and major purchase orders
• Handle all change orders
• Review productivity planning and monitoring
• Provide performance status reports for cost forecasts, schedule and safety

Ideally you have:

• Minimum of 5 years construction project management field experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Management or Engineering
• Experience in construction projects of $10M+
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass drug and background check
