Would you like to:
Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to leadership staff
Perform tasks including drafting correspondence, invoices, reports and other documents
Arrange travel and accommodation for senior level staff
Schedule and attend meetings, take notes and minutes
Receive incoming communications, review content, determine and prioritize importance, distribute to staff as needed
Maintain records, order supplies, perform basic bookkeeping
Other duties as assigned
Ideally you have:
High School Diploma
Four years of related high level administrative experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong reading comprehension (ability to read contracts and proposals)
