Temp to Hire Accountant
Anchorage, AK
$28/hour to start, full benefits on hire

Our client: is looking for someone who is trainable, loves learning, has excellent initiative and brings a high degree of attention to detail to the table. This is an interesting and varied role with a great team and excellent working environment. Your day could include anything from daily bank reconciliations, reviewing the GL, to preparing annual audit files. Would you like to:

• Prepare/review quarterly and year-end Federal and State tax forms
• Prepare ACH and transfers
• Prepare journal entries, wire transfers and tax deposits
• Assist with preparation of pension financial highlights and other schedules for Board meetings
• Assist with employer’s audit
• Assist with monthly and annual report preparation, annual financial statements
• Compile and prepare year-end audit information, provide assistance to auditors
• Other duties as assigned

Ideally you have:

• Four-year degree in Accounting
• Great Plains experience and knowledge of complex investments helpful
