Our client: Offers a full range of trustee services from traditional trustee services to limited trustee services, utilizing reliable and accessible expertise to assist with complex trust plans. They are seeking a qualified individual to assist with administration of accounts, process new client account paperwork, follow up and coordinate on client communications and administrative matters, work with a diverse range of clients, and other tasks as required. Ideally you have:
Proficiency with MS Windows 7 or higher
Proficiency in MS Office version 10 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Full-time availability during the hours of 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday
Attention to detail and strong desire to provide clients with timely and accurate information
Ability to provide and accept feedback
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Trust, Accounting, Wealth Management, or Legal Assistant experience (preferred)
Professional degree (preferred)
