Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong working relationships with clients (as part of a strategic resource and business partner)
  • Develop and maintain a strategic plan for each account, continually develop ideas for building a client’s business
  • Assist the client to adapt strategically to the rapidly and continually changing competitive marketplace
  • Maintain awareness of current research, the marketplace, competitive environment and client’s customer, industry and positioning in order to recommend strategies and projects to the client
  • Develop entry and mid-level account management staff to assume greater responsibility and promotion
  • Make resource recommendations to Management Supervisor
  • Keep Director of Account Management apprised of status of all projects and client relationships
  • Ensure staff utilize resources to increase marketplace edge, grow knowledge base and demonstrate value to clients
  • Collaborate with executives to make new business presentations

Skills we are looking for:
We are looking for an Account Supervisor ideally, with telecom/tech experience in addition to the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing/advertising in an agency (or client side, with telecom/tech marketing experience)
  • Incredible writing and public speaking skills
  • Mac OS, MS Office and multiple web browser proficiencies
  • Familiarity with marketing/advertising tactics, including digital
  • Outstanding communication abilities, face to face, and written
  • Great relationship building skills
  • Polished time and deadline management skills
  • Ability to understand and speak knowledgeably about media mix
  • Commitment to developing entry and mid-level staff
  • Diplomatic leadership skills
