Associate Media Director

This role supports and actively contributes to the multi-media planning and buying by the media department. Seeking an individual expert in both digital solutions and legacy media, successfully connecting consumers with client messages. As Associate Media Director, you will collaborate with all departments to achieve results beyond client expectations.

Would you like to:

• Execute and present media plans on time and on budget to clients
• Track media campaign effectiveness against KPIs – present optimizations and recommendations to internal teams and clients
• Serve as key resource to the media team, provide support in media staff training and development
• Oversee reporting of competitive market/media information (including insights impacting planning and buying approaches)
• Track media tools, research, and resources in collaboration with VP, Media Director on cost-effective and best-in-class solutions
• Develop processes for tactical media execution and stewardship
• Monitor media buys ensuring budgets are met and audience delivery expectations are met or exceeded
• Actively support achievement of department and agency goals

Ideally you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or related field
• At least 7 years of relevant media planning and buying experience
• Advanced MS Office proficiency
• Mac OS proficiency
• Highly effective writing and speaking skills
• Experience placing digital campaigns on self-serve platforms
• Proficient in third-party ad serving tools
• Ability to navigate digital platforms and digital reporting tools
• Google Certifications and Facebook Blueprint certified a bonus
