Our client: 
A profitable and stable law firm with well-established clientele, and a high level of referrals is seeking additional team members to support our client's needs. Conveniently located downtown near the Coastal Trail and Park Strip, with a friendly working environment, a summer flex schedule, free onsite parking and a great benefits package. 

We are looking for:
A Client-Centric professional Legal Assistant to assist Attorneys and Paralegals to create and update Estate Planning, Probate, and Business documents for our clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files
• Maintain calendars; schedule and coordinate appointments when requested
• Create and edit estate planning, probate and other documents as directed
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and formatting before finalizing
• Contact clients for needed information or to schedule meetings

Ideally you have:

• Strong proficiency with MS Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with a team of lawyers, paralegals and legal assistants
• Experience in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Fast and accurate typing
• Ability and experience in maintaining confidentiality
• High attention to detail
• Professional and courteous manner
• WordPerfect knowledge
• Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation
